      Uniko TSK22 meat mincer – compact, sturdy and professional

      The Uniko TSK22 is a compact yet highly efficient commercial meat mincer, designed to ensure reliable and consistent performance in food-processing businesses, from butcher shops to supermarkets.

      Constructed from food-grade polished die-cast aluminium alloy, a robust and easy-to-clean material, its body combines resistance and elegance. Its simple and practical design makes it the perfect choice for professional settings where functionality and hygiene are essential.

      Its Enterprise stainless steel head assembly is completely removable,allowing for effortless cleaning and maintenance. The TSK22 is supplied with a stainless steel plate and a self-sharpening stainless steel knife, ideal for a uniform and precise mincing.

      Its core consists of helical hardened steel gears lubricated in an oil bath, providing noiselessness, reliability and durability. Its induction motor features a safety thermal protection to prevent overheating in case of prolonged or extensive use.

      The machine is equipped with a food-grade ABS plastic pusher, while the reverse function is an optional feature available on request for added versatility

      Like all of our products, the TSK22 is fully manufactured in Italy and in compliance with the European CE marking requirements, ensuring quality, safety and longevity.
