      The Fama Industrie Mussel Washer is designed to deliver fast, efficient, and safe cleaning. Thanks to its easily replaceable abrasive walls, the machine ensures excellent results in a short time — making it ideal for restaurants, catering services, canteens, and food establishments with frequent but moderate production volumes.

      The AISI 304 stainless steel outer structure guarantees durability, corrosion resistance, and long service life, while maintaining a clean and professional aesthetic. The shatterproof transparent plastic lid allows the operator to monitor the washing process in real time, offering full visibility without compromising safety.

      Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the digital control panel with timer, allowing for precise cycle management. Once the washing process is complete, the product can be manually discharged using the dedicated button. An automatic water jet is included to assist with internal cleaning and residue removal.

      Safety is ensured by micro-switches positioned on both the lid and the discharge door, which immediately stop operation in the event of accidental opening, in full compliance with CE regulations. The electrical components are housed within an insulated plastic casing for added reliability and protection.

      The Mussel Washer is available with two different support bases — standard or tall — to adapt to any workspace and working height, making this model extremely versatile and suitable for a wide range of professional environments.
