      The entire structure is made from AISI 304 stainless steel — a hygienic, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting material. All food-contact components are easily removable for thorough and effortless cleaning, fully in line with the strictest hygiene standards.

      The inclined discharge chute ensures fast, direct product expulsion, optimising productivity. A collection container can be conveniently positioned beneath the outlet to streamline operations.

      Equipped with intuitive digital controls, the Élite Vegetable Cutter ensures precise cutting and user-friendly, safe operation thanks to safety micro-switches located on the handle, feed chutes, and container — automatically stopping the machine in case of accidental opening.

      Interchangeable discs (available individually or as kits) make the machine extremely versatile: the kit includes five discs — two for slicing, one for dicing, and two for shredding.
